They are having a sewage problem and the smell is awful. Our room smelled so bad the entire time. Could not cancel since I didn’t purchase the insurance but I would not recommend staying until the problem is fixed. The lobby and first floor smelled also. When we checked in I asked if they were having a sewage problem and she said yes they were working on it but when I checked out and they asked how they stay was I said great other than the smell, he tried telling me it was mulch. I think they need to get there answers straight. The smell is the only reason I gave the rating I did. They have full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Shower was nice and hot and towels a nice size. Bed could be a little better but not bad for staying a night.

Only thing I would have enjoyed better was if the hot tub was set to a higher temperature it was more like a warm tub not a hot tub the pool is salt water and heated I felt like the temp of the pool should have been what the “warm tub “ was and the hot tub should been higher . Even for kids it was not really to warm . Was very relaxing n quiet in pool are was nicely set up after a long drive and working all day . They need a clock in the pool area though.

The hotel itself was very nice. The room and bathroom were very clean and tidy. Shower pressure was wonderful. Staff were really nice. The room had a proper cold mini fridge (not drinks fridge) which was great. Unfortunately, I was on the 1st floor and there was a huge loud birthday party in the lobby which kept me from relaxing. I had already showered and was in my pjs so didn’t feel like getting dressed to move rooms. I called front desk and they said curfew for the party wasn’t until 10pm! They did close the fire doors which helped with the party noise but they slammed shut very loudly every time people came and went. Wifi wasn’t included apparently so that was terrible. I was hoping to watch some movies on my kindle which would have helped me deal with all the noise. The air was very loud - reminded me of a plane taking off and kept starting up every 10 minutes even when i turned it off using the wall controls. It wasn’t till the morning that i found that i had to use the controls on the actual unit.

That the staff was verry nice and helpful , the room was clean and so was the outside and the parking lot was nice and lit up , made it a relaxing over night , i would do it again and tell my freinds .thank you !you have to try it for yourself

Property itself was clean and acceptable. When I got to my room the TV did not work. After over an hour the in house tech person tried rebooting the system and it was fixed. At breakfast there was no unflavored creamer. Also no decaf coffee. The cooler with skim milk was locked. Finally one side of the toaster did not work.

They have breakfast pool and hot tube so kids love that what we didn’t like is the room they gave us at first didn’t have heat and tv didn’t work so we had to switch rooms

We have stayed at this location several time over the last 3 years and always found it great. Hotel is clean, well lit and the staff is always very helpful. The location is excellent, everything you could want is close by and convenient to get to. Great hotel!

Internet service was terrible! Water pressure in shower 3 out of 10. Breakfast nice with pleasant service. Air conditioner sounded like a washer with rocks in it. $10 charge showed up that was not authorized.

The staff of this hotel is exceptional! Especially Amy. We got there late in the evening after coming into town to attend a funeral. We needed linens for the sofa bed, when the plastic bag didn't contain a blanket, Amy got.one up to our room while we were in the hot tub. I let her know that we'd ordered Door Dash and she kept and eye out and let us know when it arrives. You could just tell she'd have done about anything to ensure we had a good stay. And thank you to Miss Rosa for replenishing the pearl sugar waffles. She even brought them over to the table where we were sitting. She kept that breakfast area near as a pin and was very kind.
