I thought it was a pretty good stay overall. It was fairly quiet, the only noise i really heard was someone stomping above me. They did have a hot breakfast but it was VERY limited. 2 egg choices, 2 sausage choices and then some fruit, cereal, yogurt, muffins, bagels etc. i thought it was a decent breakfast. Everyone was SO nice from check in to check out. I would stay here again if i find myself in Akron again

Regarding this comfort inn, the room was ok, although on several occasions the toilet would not flush each time, had to do a min of 3 flushes, the bathroom sink was clogged and running the water didn’t drain. Here is the kicker, was advertised with having full hot breakfast..no hot breakfast, just banana, oranges & muffins. The guy was putting food out with dred locks down the middle of his back, kept running his fingers through his hair, then the pants he had on with the waist line below his but, while sitting there eating my muffin , he sticks his hands down the back of his pants to scratch his ass, totally disgusting , as I got to witness this while sitting there, this must be their best of the best! I don’t think I will stay there again after getting to witness this. I surly don’t want someone like that handling/ touching my food.

This property was in nice shape and met all of our needs. There is plenty of parking close to the building and the area felt safe. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and had plenty of hot and cold options. There are 2 things I wish were better: 1. There are ZERO USB charging ports, which is really inconvenient. Make sure you bring a charging block or 2 or you won't be able to charge your devices. 2. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best.

Room was good 1 night short stay so it did its job. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Only thing was there was a shipping like container in the parking lot. Not sure it was a dumpster or what. Looked a little more like construction. And we were by the back door and kept hearing people going in and out all night. Other than that place was great for the price.

I arrived at the hotel and was greeted by the nice lady at the front desk. When I walked in the front door it smelled clean and looked very tidy. The room was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone. If I'm every in the area I would certainly stay here.

The place is much more appealing when you go inside as it has been remodeled. The only issues were the morning desk clerk not letting me use the microwave. (Just microwave it for me) The fitness room was not accessible.

The staff was very friendly and helpful which makes a big difference in my perception of the property. The lobby was under construction but the other common areas, like the meeting room where they had to serve breakfast because of the lobby construction and the hallways, were well kept. I liked that there was a small refrigerator with separate freezer and a microwave in my room. The room was a good size and the bed was clean and comfortable. I very much liked that the door to the rooms were soft close doors because you don’t hear doors slamming from other guests. Here come the negatives—The room was older and the biggest problem was that the heater was old and very loud. The bathroom switchplate was also dirty and the deadbolt on the room door did not work. All in all, given the quality of the staff and the price we paid for the room, it was a positive experience.

Staff was great. Room wasn't finished. No way to turn off the bed light, had to unplug the light. Extention cord coming out of the wall. Water smelled. Bed was comfy. AC was quite. Shower was good.
