Had a family room on the top floor with a large balcony. Room very clean and spacious. Corridors a little run down but no problem really. Staff welcoming, helpful and friendly. Bed very comfortable, room quiet. Blackout curtains, good kitchenette with fridge, microwave and dishwasher. We did not have breakfast. Close to town and bus and rail. Bowling accross street. Street parking reasonable. Would stay again

A great apartment hotel within easy walking distance of the old town. The room was fully stocked and newly renovated. Garage parking for our rental car was appreciated, as were the easy-to-use washer and dryer located downstairs. Staff were truly exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location
A pleasant hotel with helpful staff in a good location in a quiet road but within ten minutes walk of the centre. The room was spacious with comfortable beds, air conditioning and a useful kitchenette of which we only used the kettle. The bathroom was dated and was in need of a lick of paint as was the toilet, so if you want pristine it’s not the place for you. The pool area needed attention too; there were leaves and litter around. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on food. It’s quite expensive for what it is and it’s not a four star hotel but it does have a pool and on site parking, which is payable.

Very good surprise! A hotel w/ a pool not far from the Cours Mirabeau and a parking is really rare. Room needs a “little freshness” but we get a terrace in a very calm place. We come back!

Wonderful Staff, Wonderful Location!
I just loved this place, so central and yet so peaceful once you were up in your room (we had a balcony from which you could see the hills) Extremely well appointed room for a couple staying who might want to do a little self catering (little microwave and dishwasher etc) Will definitely be staying here again. the staff were just amazing, so helpful (even with some unpatient customers who hadn't read the small print about the parking!) and the parking by the way is great, lots of space, city centre, not too expensive. Well done all the staff we had the most fabulous time :-)

Large room with a decent, well equipped kitchen. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor heated pool. Good location. 5 minutes from the bus station, 10 minutes from the city centre. There's a choice of supermarkets within 15 minute radius. The staff were helpful and efficient.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the centre and the train and bus stations. There is also parking available. The hotel has a small pool with good shade. This is excellent for relaxing in the afternoon and also for children.

Dear Mr Bill, I'm really sad to read you didn't enjoy your stay in Les Floridianes. We have 2 types of bathrooms : most with bath and some with shower, depending the size of the bathroom. In some bathroom, it was not possible to get a bath, so we decided to put a shower. Concerning the car park, it is a private one for the residence only, with a remote control unit for the entrance, and the same type of remote control unit for the exit with a sign above indicating "code parking". The code is given at the chek-in time. Yes, the carpet in the lobby is old use, and a complete renovation will be done during the winter period. Despite the items you mentioned above, I hope you enjoyed the bedroom with its terrace, the breakfast, the swimming-pool and the staff. I wish you a pleasant day. Best Regards.

• ‘balcony ‘ was roof of ?kitchen. With a ? Air duct/kitchen vent on it. Outside furniture was dirty, no cushions to put on it. • fridge had large crack inside, was missing salad compartment & & drinks shelf. & broken door hinge, so fridge door not aligned. Inadequate cleaning equipment, or you had to pay to have the room cleaned if you were there 7 days. Shower was luke warm and weak flow. Safe broke twice in a week.

Very spacious studio near railway and bus station. Clean and tidy. Allocated a ground floor apartment but asked to change for a higher level which they agreed to. Pleasant staff. Basic kitchen facility. Did not eat there. Small pool area was pleasant.

the room was spacious. The pool was good to have. The location is great in terms of close to the supermarket. It is very close to the bus station. to the centre is still a good 5-10min walk. The reception was very friendly and helpful.

Ideal hotel, if only more were this good.
An absolute bargain for a small apartment in such a great city, practically next door to the train station, bus station, and city centre. Very modern, clean, and the staff were amazing. The underground car park at 10 euros a night was perfect and definitely worth it, quite big and not so tight like others. (They had transits vans parked down there).

This hotel has really helpful staff. We were able to do our laundry in the hotel laundromat instead of having to go to a local one. It was so much easier doing it at the hotel.

The apartment was billed as sleeping 4: this would have been possible only if nobody wanted to move during the night (e.g. to go to the bathroom). The apartment was small and the space was not well used; e.g. you get a separate toilet away from the rest of the bathroom; not only do you have to cross the kitchenette to wash your hands, a lot of useful space is wasted. The closet (about 50 cm wide) was minimal: there was room for 10 hangers (that works out at 2.5 per person) and there was no other space to store clothes. This means you have to live out of your suitcase, but there isn't enough floor room to leave four suitcases open at all times. The place was crammed and there were only 3 of us and we traveled with just hand luggage. The kitchenette was adequate but unfortunately you could only eat with a plate of your lap (no balcony or table) so we did not use it much. The AC was barely adequate on very warm days. The check-in time is 3 pm (at the very earliest) - you can use the pool, which is nice.

A great place to stay.
This is an excellent place. The staff are super helpful and the accommodation very well appointed with all that is needed in a kitchen including a small dishwasher provided in the room. We were there in a heatwave and the air conditioning coped well. Regarding the location, the hotel is no more than ten minutes walk from the town centre. At the end of the road is a small 'Spar' supermarket which is convenient. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Short and very sweet week in Aix
The staff are always very kind and helpful. We have stayed there before and everything was fine. The only novelty is the fact that if you want your room cleaned then you have to pay 20 euros each time. I wasn't expecting that but people should be aware of this when booking .
