La habitación estaba recién pintada por lo que tenía un olor muy fuerte a pintura fresca. Nuestra regadera goteaba hacia afuera de la tina. Después de varios intentos de contactar a recepción via telefónica (que fue imposible) me tome la libertad de bajar personalmente a recepción y dar la queja sobre lo que sucedía. El encargada en recepción me contestó con…. (El de mantenimiento subirá y se encargará de arreglar la regadera) eso, nunca sucedió. Una de mis peores experiencias.

I have stayed at other city express and they have been cleaner. The smell in the room was terrible it made me sick. I would never stay at the one in Augascalientes agin.

Ver clean and staff was always polite and helpful. The room could use a frig. Be aware that there is no place to eat nearby. Uber is very fast there and can get you to a place to eat in no time.

I have stayed at this hotel very many times to keep count but ,this last time my stay was not like always I don't know if they changed management or what happened but I was treated very poorly one lady at the service desk had attitude and bothered me and my daughter for little things not happy on my 10 day stay this time

Polite staff, clean overall, nice parking lot, not far from city center. The only thing I did not like was the sink faucet flow, spray flow not suitable gor a sink and pressure too high, a lot of water splashes.

This hotel is good for a quick stay where you need to stop for one-two nights. Close to the airport. Not close to Aguascalientes downtown. Good option if you're continuing your trip towards the south (Leon, Guadalajara, etc..)

Quiet and cool!
4 nights in Aguascalientes- it was Very Hot and the air conditioner worked perfectly. This was important in order to work and sleep! The staff was friendly and helpful, even helping me to order food by phone in Spanish to be delivered to the hotel!

The hotel staff is very kind. Everything was working as expected and the breakfast, which is inluded, was also well presented and with an enough variety of food as to call it a healthy breakfast. The Internet is not as fast as one would want but is ok for common business tasks. The staff seem to lack experience (very young people) but with great attitude.

Even though there was a mixup with our reservation when we arrived, the front desk staff worked hard to work it out for us. The hotel is quite secure, and we felt safe here. The rooms are a generous size, with a little sitting area and kitchenette - counter, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The breakfast was plentiful with a nice variety of options. Will definitely stay when we are driving through the area again.

The price is great and the rooms are usually clean. If the room isn't clean the staff responds quickly and takes care of it. Location is not close to the city center but a taxi or a good long walk will take you there. There is no restaurant so that can be an issue though delivery from different restaurants is available. The staff is excellent. I have stayed here many times and will continue to do so.

I think the marketing strategy of City Express is lying between a budget and business-style hotel. It was the reason I picked this hotel at the beginning. Its location is pretty close to my workplace and they offered me free transportation to travel between hotel and workplace everyday. Room is clean, bed is comfortable and a full equipped bathroom is excellent, but don't expect to have coffeemaker, electric kettle or fridge inside the room. Though not many staff speak English, but they are all nice and helpful. Conventional breakfast is good for fast eater, like me. No restaurant launches at City Express, there is only a Starbuck nearby. If you just want something to eat, you can try either vending machine at Ground floor or calling take away from the hotel menu. If you would like to fill up your stomach and get more options on food as well, you may need to walk 10~15 mins to the closest shopping mall, Villasuncion.

Nice for a short stay
The hotel was what I expected, the room was only enough to fit two double beds, the bathroom was clean but not shiny, the amenities were fine but not splendid. The price was fine for what I got, but I never felt encouraged to to stay longer.
