Very noisy with the nightclub and casino adjacent to the resort. Opened at 2am and went until at least 7 am. No airport shuttle which was advertised. Food very hit and miss, breakfast great, lunch ok and dinner inedible.

The hotel is nice, good layout, 2 single beds which can convert to double for couples and 1 extra single in every room. gardens, bars, etc perfect but its geared up for french speaking tourist so you will not enjoy the entertainment as its all in French with no word of English. apparently they can speak English but the French Employer specifically says no English to the employees. Food also geared up for the french not the English. Hot doughnuts with chocolate spread was a good start at breakfast!

close to the beach. Friendly staff. Interesting design of room. It was so complicated to get beach towels ((( Despite deposit of 10 EUR (cost of 10 towels, i believe), you need to be registered in 2 books with signatures. No drinking water for breakfast.

Very professional and friendly staff. The room is confortable and clean. The food is SO delicious and varied every day. I extremely recommande this hotel! Many thanks for the kind manager Abdollah, for the security Omar, the front desk staff, the chef, and the for all the friendly employees. Looking forward to coming again to this place.

Lovely hotel but no iron and kettle available in the apartment... all entertainment was in French and sounded good with great staff - a modesty mix of languages would have been great.

Everything was highly enjoyable. The staff is very helpful. The food was fantastic. We met many kind people. The only issue is that most of the activities are in French, but it is good as my kid improved her knowledge of the language.

Not amazing but fits the bill
Fairly decent hotel. Food actually quite good for an all inc. a bit annoying having to leave a deposit for a towel the way they do it. All entertainment and announcements in french so depends how included you want to be. We just went to chill and relax by the pool and have drinks so we’re not that bothered. Good value for the money. Agadir not that great a place compared to Essaouira or other towns but if you are just staying in the hotel to relax for a bit it’s good.

Mainly french hotel so food plentiful and superb. Long walk to private beach. Entertainment a bit 1960s Butlins. Staff excellent. Helpful and friendly. Rooms large just a bit tired but clean. Beds comfortable. Walk in shower.

Nice hotel, great pool, but not ideal for couples
We loved the architecture of the different building (riad style with morrocan details) and the overall feel of the resort : pretty, well maintained garden, and a gorgeous heated pool at a perfect temperature. We didn't like the fact that the hotel was super busy, we had to queue a lot at the breakfast buffet (which was good), and getting a sun chair was tricky as they were all getting reserved early in the day. The animation program caters mostly for older people or families, nothing very exciting there. Overall, the hotel is full of families with kids and retired people. As a couple in our early thirties, we felt a bit out of place, but still had a good stay :)

Worst things about this stay was the food, especially in the evening. Very limited choice and if you don’t like meat on the bone, ie fish chicken or lamb you will struggle. Kids liked the pizza at lunch but service was very slow. As was queuing for any of the limited food options. Also virtually everything was in French despite many English people staying at the hotel. All the written information was French and 99 percent of announcements and games etc were in French. The rooms were nice but walls thin so noisy. Santa came on a camel and all children got a toy. Pretty much all the staff were friendly and could in fact mostly spoke pretty good English. The other guests were generally pleasant, most seemed to be 50+ not many children. A bit of a fight for sunbeds around the heated pool, which the children liked to swim in. A bit too cold to use the slides regularly. We had to pay a small deposit for towels and pay a small fee to rent the safe. We also paid for a late check out which we were happy to do.

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff. Lovely food
Very friendly hotel staff. Lovely buffet food. Great heated swimming pool, it was fab to swim in December. Very close to the beach. Lots of entertainment...kids club was a bit quiet and my kids were bored there and there is no play area for children unfortunately.

Scam hotel
Reception did not want to check me in with my hotels.com booking but rather tried to convince me I had no booking to overcharge by 60% of room rate. Scam hotel. Avoid by all means.

You can't have any friends for coffeee or drinks if they are not staying at the hotel, I asked if any restaurant or place we can just have conversation and have cofeee , they said no and even they stopped my guest at the hotel main door. This is so rude

Lovely Riad style Hotel and Grounds
The grounds to this hotel and the layout in a Moroccan riad style with interior gardens is a great asset to the Hotel This staff work very hard and are very friendly.

You decide!
Our week's trip was marred by us having to share our room with some uninvited visitors - hundreds of ants, on walls, in fridge, on bedding. When brought to the attention of the front desk on several occasions the room was sprayed but to no avail. Finally on the day before leaving we were offered just a free cocktail in compensation! The maid service was irregular we were constantly having to search for a maid to ask for clean towels and more toilet rolls. The food was varied though we had dodgy tummies on several occasions. The entertainment team were very energetic and friendly but reluctant to translate from French into English.

Pros: very very very friendly and helpful staff Cons: Terrible food Wifi not working from rooms The noise starts at 5.00 am (my room was close a bit to the parking outside the hotel) I went twice to see the nurse and each time I had to go outside the hotel to get the right medical advise/ service or help. Nous avons séjourné 10jours dans ce merveilleux hôtel club francophone. Tout était parfait. Le personnel est au petit soin pour les vacanciers. Que se soit les serveurs, les cuisiniers qui nous font de bons plats assez variés, les femmes de ménage (Fatima un grand merci pour vos belles décorations de lit dans le bâtiment 3) l'équipe d'animation et tout ceux qui se démènent pour que se club soit une vraie réussite pour les vacanciers, un grand merci. !!!Très belle ambiance qui donne vraiment envie de revenir !!!!

The garden was amazing . The management en réception terrible. Disco and casino next door makes sure you wont sleep. Ever. Staff just doesnt care. They are extremely rude. Thank you Expedia for the support during our complain.

Positif: Variété de la nourriture, piscines et plage ainsi que les jardins sont très agréables et bien entretenus. Personnel parfait, accueil, réception, restaurant, bar, chambre, infirmerie et services techniques. Négatif: hébergement bruyant côté route, mauvaise isolation des fenêtres. Eclairage salle de bain insuffisant au-dessus du lavabo. Les transats et parasols des petites piscines sont à remplacer à l'instar de la piscine principale ou tout est OK

J adore cet hotel. Le personnel est accueillant souriant. Ils font tout pour rendre notre sejour agréable. La reception repond a nos moindres demandes. La cuisine tres bien il.y en a pour tout les gouts, et variés. Le bar l'equipe est au top. Le personnel de menage souriant et a l'ecoute. Le personnel de la piscine sourient et serviable. L hotel est bien entretenu, les chambres sont spacieuses.

Orange exfiltrée et verre bleu Ovni
Des oranges exfiltrées par un serveur se retrouvent dans un verre bleu Ovni. Je suis privilégiée car je bois du jus d'orange. Une situation abérrante dans ce club. Un service horrible.Des serveurs qui vous crachent leur mécontentement à la figure. Une nourriture sans goût digne d'une cantine scolaire. Des serviettes de bain qui se transforment rapidement en torchons car usées par les lavages. Pas d'animations le soir. Une misérable table de ping pong oû l'attente ressemble à celle de la sécu. Bref, cet établissement est à fuir. Le rapport qualite prix n'y est pas. Je me suis fait arnaquée. Nous avions réservé 3 chambres car 7 personnes. Ps: Dans les verres bleus sont servis des jus d'oranges frais pour quelques clients privilégiés.

Rapport qualité prix déplorable
Service catastrophique (souvent à la limite de l'insulte), nourriture immangeable (produits de piètre qualité et mal préparé). Les sanitaires sont sales et très rarement nettoyés, les serviettes de bains sont largement usées et les chambres à peine acceptables.

Jamais vu aussi pire de cet hôtel déplorable
Horrible expérience, Parking non disponible (que j’ai du payer), chambre petite , salle de bain sale, aucune activité à faire sauf la Picine , kids club pour enfant payant, restauration nulle ( pas de frite pour les enfants) j’ai du allé à ma Donald pour acheter de frites à mon fils, all inclusive mais vous devais payer pour tout meme un jus d’orange le matin au petit déjeuner, hygiène déplorable, endroit fermé de plus de 100 personne et on dit rien sur le masque ,et la meilleure est la pub sur l’hôtel qu’il est pied sur mer (vous devez traversez une route, marché plus d’un kilomètre pour y accéder et finalement trouver quatre parasols sans aucune sécurité. j’ai du changé d’hôtel après la première nuit car je ne me sentait pas en sécurité, la direction a refusé de rembourser les deux nuit restante sur mon séjour, en général c’est la pire expérience que j’ai eu , qui m’a coûté 500€

Cet hotel est très agréable et tout proche d'un côté de la plage et de l'autre du centre ville. Le personnel est souriant, serviable et fait tout son possible pour rendre les vacances agréables. Pendant les vacances scolaires l'équipe d'animation est très mobilisante. Nous avons passé une semaine très plaisante.

Great place to relax! Plenty of staff to take care of you. well maintained area. large buffet with wide selection. the food was kinda generic, not especially tasty or interesting. something for everyone.Too many croissants and sweets for my taste. Pool was not very relaxing because it was cold water and deep. Pool area was great thou, always able to find a good spot. There is ping pong tables, pool tables, tennis court...lots of stuff to do! But you need to search hard to get a ping pong ball ;) Also in the dining area you need to search for spoons. I think there are still three waiters looking for a spoon for me...
