Convenient location to the main CBD for shopping and restaurants. Staff were nice and accommodating. Room had everything we needed for our stay. Left there happy and will book again if we ever look to go back to Adelaide on holidays.

Had a baby and fire alarm go off in middle of the night. Had to check out early because didn’t want to risk another fire alarm. Bad stay and terrible experience. No staff guided us or act with service when it happen. Let me and baby stand out in the cold middle of the night

Great stay!
Our stay was great. The hotel is lovely and is in a great location. I would suggest upgrading your bathrooms as they look tired and old but other that that, our stay was wonderful.

Was ok
Was okay. Expected a lil more from a Hilton. Room felt dated . Went to the restaurant but was closed for lunch ( except for thur and Friday ) went to order something from the menu but it wasn’t available till after 5 … just felt like hard work . Check in not till 3pm - was meant to receive a message when room was ready and never did . To be honest next time I will choose another location. Lobby was not representative of what the rooms felt like . Sorry team just being honest .

If you want to a trip into the 70s and see what popcorn ceilings are like, this is the hotel for you. It's old and outdated and very sad beds also very old. Rooms are dark with minimal lighting. The worst place I have stayed in past 10 years both nationally and internationally.

This property is really tired and dated. The initial room we had did not look at all like the pictures on the website and fortunately we were moved to a more ‘updated’ room. The second room was somewhat better. It is not to the standard you would expect of a Hilton property. I would not stay here again.

The room was quite dirty in places. Rainfall shower head rusted, shower and bathroom tiles with strange grey markings; bed area wall had fluid stains. Expect better for Executive room (or any hotel room). Executive Lounge staff excellent, very good service and friendly. Room service staff at approx 1030pm very rude. All Day Menu not quite all day if only offered until 10pm - more options would be good, especially on a weekend night. Car park QR code provided was out of date for self parking. Had to call car park staff to resolve. Time consuming and embarrassing. Room package purchased included full buffet, told at hotel only continental. Very disappointing

Very central location in city. Went to Adelaide oval and easy walk in and back. Staff efficient and professional, quite good. Room was older and bathroom small. Perfect for business trip or one/two days no longer.
