The removal of these was due to COVID but also due to the amount of waste as we try to remain as sustainable as possible. The website and booking boasts so much, but it didn't live up to the expectations at all. It offered breakfast but didn't make it clear where to book it. So when I tried, it turned out it wasn't included. Parking was very limited and expensive

The air-conditioning remote did not work. The room was stuffy warm all night, not good in summer. The towels are old as the Adelaide hills. We loved the big room and renovation. Lovely swim in the pool.

Great short stay!
Easy check in at modern, inviting reception. Staff professional and very friendly. Room was everything I required for a one stay in Adelaide. Parking was a short walk away and no trouble to find.

Average stay
The hotel is very old, no smart tv. Couldn’t even get Netflix. The pool is only 1m deep and ice cold so couldn’t use. Basically a kids pool. It is quite an old hotel that needs a revamp.

Hi Alannah,thank you for your feedback. Post COVID, the hotel is gradually beginning to udpate but that process is taking some time. We have half the hotel with Smart TV's and we are gradually updating that system too. The pool we were a little restrictive in depth unfortunately although the water should be around 25 degrees as we test each day. On check in I get frustrated as they need my photo ID I can book on line and you take my money on booking, but when I get to the Motel, they will not proceed until i have photo ID. This is very frustrating. They allready have my money.
