Terrible experience at staying in ths hotel
Terrible experience,there were big rats in my room and they cut my bag, room size is very small, room staff service is very very bad, they took 1 hour for giving me 1 glass of warm water for drinking. I suggest all peoples do not book this hotel, they will not give you rooms which is showing here in there preview.

The experiance is ok The price of one night is so high as compare to hotel there are many local room provider near nakki lake same room type in 600 not value of money

The room was not ready when we were given the keys There were bugs on the bed staff was not cooperative we need to go up a lot of stairs before reaching hotel
