Terribly disappointed
Terrible. I specifically requested a non-smoking room and was placed in a room stinking of smoke (Room 1958 to be specific)! If this tiny request cannot be honored for a guest, how does management manage to organize the big things. The fridge smelled like curry food, needed some cleaning. We waited almost 20 minutes for our luggage to be fetched upon check out. Unfortunately, very disappointing.

Great and Comfortable Stay!!
It was my first visit. Very clean and spacious room and good hotel facilities. Staff are always responsive and fast to the need of guest. But, during high season the price will be expensive, so recommend to visit from May to Sept which will make price affordable.

Bab Al Qasr is one of my favorite hotel to stay in Abudhabi, but with the current pandemic situation, there’s changes and restrictions. I’d rather stay in the hotel side not in the residence., unfortunately during my stay hotel was fully occupied by Abudhabi government military staff and lobby was partly covered for safety and security which is understandable.

The hotel was really nice. The only thing is I wish the hotel provided cookware and dining ware since I booked an apartment hotel. Was looking forward to cooking breakfast

It was a good stay!
It was a good stay over-all in spite of the current situation, we felt a bit paranoid knowing that there is Covid, but we observed and felt that the hotel really practiced all safety and hygienic measures to make guests feel more at ease. Service was good overall as well.

We showed at the hotel to check in at 3.30 pm and there were 100 people ahead of us either parking or checking in We left and came back 4 hours later 😩😩 Room was great but smelt of Arabic incense which cause some discomfort Not sure if I would come back

Amazing experience
The hotel is absolutely stunning! The staff members are really helpful also, especially the concierge agent. Food is amazing, amazing beach view and enough activities to get occupied with. Also spa facility was amazing!!

Great Apartment
Hotel is really well appointed. Like most of Abu Dhabi you will need to drive to get anywhere but it’s close enough to walk to the Jumeirah building next door for brunch or a meal. Pleasant staff and the apartment was very spacious.

Excellent Arab-themed hotel, private beach
New, opulent and expansive in the best traditions of Abu Dhabi (+Dubai etc). Attended by wealthy locals for conferences during the day and entertainment in the evening, so not your typical "sunburnt tourists in shorts" resort. Large pool which tends to attract families with children, but also a "white sands" private beach which is much more mature and relaxed. Expect to see locals engaged in jetski shenanigans in deep waters outside the fenced-off swimming area, all very harmless but if that sort of noise annoys you, seek a different venue.

Excellent family hotel in superb location
Finding the hotel initially proved tricky as no clear signing. Once inside, was blown away by the beautiful lobby but this was surpassed by the staff from beginng to end. Superb check-in (4am in the morning!) & great room service at this late hour. Nothing was too much for them and any requests were met straight away. The pool and beach was great for my 3 year old son who loved it. The birthday cake and desserts for my son was also delightful surprise and really appreciated. We were given tips as to where to visit by the staff at front of house and taxis are very cheap and plentiful. Large supermarket 5 mins ride away so can stock up on anything you require. Abu Dhabi is quiter than its illustrious neighbour Dubai but I'd highly reccommend it for a relaxing holiday. Looking forward to returning. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for a memorable trip.

Great stay in the newest hotel in Abu Dhabi ...Bikhas pool bar supervisor is a cut above the staff, caring and attentive. Check in process needs to improve , was quick but no welcome drink or escorted to the room. overall amazing hotel and addition to corniche skyline

Although the pool wasn't open for half of the trip (out of their control) still had a great stay!

Spectacular
Magnificent view, beautiful peace of art, calm, nice, beach and pool are great and not noisy as I desired, spectacular and exceptional customer service, awesome management which I accidentally met them, they are all awesome and beyond professional. What else should I say?! everything about this place is 7 stars. I've raised in UAE on my teen ages 20-25 years ago and I feel it as my second home, even though I am a US citizen and living in U.S now, but every often I need to go back to feel my good memories back in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
