Absolutely beautiful place very conveniently located fantastic parking very delicious and abundant breakfast. People are very courteous. We really enjoyed the place. You have access to a beautiful pool as well as the beach. The rooms are very spacious. We really enjoyed our stay.
Just wonderful!!!! Amazing hotel I love it for sure next time I’m in Abu Dhabi differently staying in this hotel

These are not the standards we pride ourselves of and I hope we will have the opportunity to welcome you back to Bab Al Qasr Abu Dhabi to restore your faith in our services.
The staff are outstanding. The shower does not have a door or curtain and the bathroom drain is at the top of a slight incline = flooding. Good food and large comfortable room with decent WiFi and comfortable bed. No robes.

Loved every minute of staying in the Bab Al Qasr. Excellent friendly check-in and wonderful Junior Suite with panoramic views and all the extra frills that go with it. Very much enjoyed the beach area and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, across the Emirates Palace and the Presidential Palace. Nice pool and private beach. Spacious rooms. The cleaning could be improved.

Breakfast choices needs to be reviewed for the better. Asian (Filipino?) guy from the front at the breakfast place needs to smile to everyone. We were there for 3 days and noticed him smile and sits other guests but never to us. I think we're from the same country and unfortunately he's got a problem with that. We're guest and we need to be welcome just like everyone else. I've been a traveler and a tripadviser reviewer for so many years and had never experience a such. Give him another chance, I'm here to review for a better change not to cause trouble. But everything else was good.

It was a terrible night because of below reasons.
1) hotel.com reservation includes lately check-out option but this hotel do not provide it.
2) When I checked-in at the hotel, others cut my line twice but hotel do not action.
3) There were not free bottles of water. So I requested 3 times at counter but they provided the bottles very lately. (actually I requested directly house-keeper in the end)
4) There was only a pair of slippers in the room.
5) There was hair on the sink.

It's close to main palace and Emirate palace hotel and very clean but one of reason I chose this hotel was on the list it says they have airport shuttle bus service but once I asked they said they don't offer the service anymore. And told me they can help me to get taxi

Every thing in the hotel was very good but the was no information for single bedroom reservation in hotels.com and was forced to take double room technically, that was bad part of the whole deal.

+ excellent service we got upgrade into a suite
- unfortunately the pillows are not comfortable at all
- also the receptionist called us at late night due to a balance of 10 Dirhams only that we planned to pay during check out .

The property is in a strategic location and I got got a junior suite ovelooking the Kings Palace which a breathtaking view. The staff where on point and the rooms where very comfortable. I would surely return to this property. Keep it up guys
