I had issues. I stayed here because my mom was having surgery next door. I left my mom at the room to relax and take a bath in our handicap tub while I ran just up the road to grab something to eat. I was gone 15 to 30 minutes. Came back to my mom being in the floor because she fell 3 times trying to get out of the tub because there were no slip resistance in the tub. I was told we should have used the small rug provided but if you do that than you have nothing to keep you from slipping on the tile floor when it gets wet and slippery. I suggested that they put in slip resistant stuff in the tubs but didn't seem concerned.
