We monitor our property not only by surveillance as well walk throughs and do not tolerate trespassing of any kind. This is an issue facing our country as a whole. Our property is very safe sorry you felt that way.

Thank you for your input, elevator button broke Friday afternoon tech could not come out till Monday to repair sorry for any inconvenience thought it better than shutting the whole elevator down using stairs only. Have a wonderful day

Sorry there was an issue with your room, we do have 2 sets of windows to help with outside noise. The train runs through the whole down does not have a set schedule since it is a freight train. Hope you have a wonderful day
