A very special thank you to Wafa for her exceptional kindness and attention throughout my stay. Thanks to her, I received a wonderful room upgrade from a partial sea view room to a breathtaking full sea view room, which made my experience even more memorable. I would also like to thank Abir for her professionalism and welcoming attitude. The beach, the swimming pool, and the overall view were absolutely beautiful. The services were excellent from beginning to end: great food, attentive staff, impeccable housekeeping service, and a very pleasant atmosphere throughout the hotel.
