"Most of the staff were amazing and very helpful, friendly and courteous. Certain staff however need to change their attitude to guests. The chefs, front of house and management were fantastic. The food is standard across most of these hotels I believe. It was value for money. The seating for the entertainment in the evening could be improved. Location and setting for the hotel is great for sun worshippers.The whole stay was very relaxing and definitely some for those looking to chill!! "

"We booked an all inclusive 3 nights at the hotel, the lady at the reception didn't tell us that most facilities were actually closed due to Covid-19. However many other hotels in the area were still running at almost full capacity. Only when we paid the money we were told the spa is closed, the massage room is closed, the sauna is closed, and even the table tennis and pool table were closed due to Covid-19. We told them that they should have made customers aware of that on Expedia or any other...
