"We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed our time there. The place was clean and the staff was helpful. The pool was nice at night, especially for our kids. They do charge for parking, so make sure you are aware of that. There is a restaurant in the hotel, which we didn’t care for. Getting around was fairly easy. The shuttle can take you to the airport where you can easily access the train. All in all, we had a good stay! "

"I love that this property was walking distance to Target and multiple food spots. We went to a concert at the Allstate Arena and it was a 4-5 minute walk which was SUPER convenient."

"This hotel was understaffed. With an 11:30 pm rush from the airport, there was only one beleaguered desk staff person to check everyone in. I waited more than 30 minutes, while others were in line for an hour. And the airport shuttle leaves off at 10:30 pm, so many of us came by taxi or ride hailing. Not great service, Holiday Inn. You are near the airport, and advertise to airport travelers, so it behooves you to be prepared. Have a late shuttle, and enough staff for the desk"

"I travel alot, stay at alot of hotels. this was the nicest Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in. As good or better than many Marriott's/Sheridan's that I've stayed. Highly recommend!"
