"This is a mid-range hotel so dont expect 5 star luxury. I found the reception staff to be really pleasant and helpful and willing to assist me at all times, which was great. The location was ideal, right in the heart of things which meant that it was a little noisey in the evening at times, but easily sorted with the aid of ear plugs. "The stay was great, rooms were lovely and staff were polite. Except one staff who welcomed you into the hotel. Very rude and unprofessional when was asking questions and got snappy. Also told me family wasn’t allowed into the hotel, even though there’s multiple signs that says non residents welcome. However, everything else was incredible and would book here again."

"The pools and the position of the hotel is lovely- surrounded by the mountains. However it soon loses its shine (mostly) due to clientele. If you dont mind boozy brits (of all ages), people leaving towels by the pool before 8 am & not appearing all day & drinking games (only a couple of nights a week) complete w bad language - you’d be ok. However I didn’t find the pool a relaxing atmosphere. Inappropriate dance music all day in the restaurant, staff encouraging you to get drunk, but ignoring...
