"The property was a new property clean, air conditioning was great , laundry room was great had enough machines. Staff was nice. The only problem I had encountered was the last two days of my trip there was no hot water!!!!! I did not enjoy taking a cold shower it wasn’t pleasant. Then had the nerve too charge me $7.95 for WiFi as I was checking out. Where’s the great customer service? I was expecting for the hotel to waive the fee of the WiFi for the inconvenience of not having hot water for two days NOW that would’ve been Great Customer Service!!!!"

"I wish I had known the names of everyone I interacted with. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and the breakfast area were very kind and respectful. The room was extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing we didn't use was the pool; it didn't really look inviting because the water wasn't clear—it looked somewhat murky. It needs some maintenance, but otherwise, I recommend it 100%."
