"Location was excellent. The people were really friendly and the breakfast was great. The room was a bit small, but that’s true for many rooms in Europe. We got charged a hefty early check-in fee, even though the room was already ready, but it was worth it since we’d been flying all night. The location really was perfect."

"A good price budget hotel in a perfect location in the Gothic Quarter, truly the heart of Barcelona. Simple, clean and basic ensuite rooms. Surrounded by a maze of alleys containing shops, bars and places to eat. Only negative was noise, some very noisy 5am shouting inside the hotel, although vast majority of people I ever saw were more grown up. "

Lovely hotel and don’t believe what they say about El Raval the people, the district and culture were amazing. Will be definitely coming back to the Meson Castilla Atiram."
