It was in a good location. Safe environment. Staff were friendly. Room clean, nice bathroom. Heated pool was a nice amenity. Ample elevators. Wi-fi free. Room was a bit cramped, safe didn’t work and hotel food prices were too high.

We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and the hotel made it very special with cake in our room and at the Reflections Lounge where we had a lovely cocktail before and then much later after dinner.
