"Very unique and beautiful hotel. The only thing that let the staff down was their demeanour- I didn't meet a friendly staff member during my time there. "Upon arrival the property did not have heat or hot water nor bedding for the second bed and they will not return my emails to try and correct the issue. I left immediately without staying and they will not refund me."
