"The hotel was great and the staff is very friendly, the only thing that we didn’t like was the charge for a 10£ per the day on a hair dryer also the cost per luggage that was 15£ per item. If they improve those things it will be a really good experience."

"The smaller rooms are like those in NYC but if you just need to sleep,it's fine. The bathroom is cramped with a very uncomfortable shower that requires some contortion to get into, not for older people or those with joint problems.
