The accommodation books money from the credit card without permission and nobody cares that you get the money back. Neither the accommodation nor Expedia! 300€ gone! There were only excuses from both sides. In addition, the room was dirty and there was a constant squeaking noise in the bathroom. Annoying and impossible to switch off. Bed in master bedroom causes back pain! Dirty kitchen cupboards. No thanks!

Great place

Great place, close enough to walk to restaurants, we had an event at rocket mortgage arena and we walked over the bridge, 15 minutes, it was great. Parking is super easy. The apartment is clean, cute and spacious.

I would highly recommend. The building was incredible. Almost brand new, beautiful and clean. The check in and out process was easy and flawless and the location was convenient to everything you would with to do in downtown. I will definitely be staying here again when I am back in Cleveland.

I had an excellent stay at this property! The space was new, beautifully appointed, and offered all the comforts I needed. I felt very safe during my visit, especially with the added security presence in the parking lot. The attention to detail in the design and amenities really stood out, making it a perfect place for relaxation and convenience. The gym was superb.
