"The wait staff at the pool and beach were not very attentive. We had to chase them down to place orders for food and drinks. Once the food was delivered they did not come back for additional drink orders or to see if we needed anything."

3 Jun 2019Up market area area of Miami, cheap hotel trying to fit in with its surroundings at minimal cost in doing so. Certainly not worth the money paid to stay there, unhelpful staff with a real attitude over their own mistake.Certainly not worth the money
