"On arrival they claimed they did not have my reservation... they also claimed they did not work with Orbitz. When I showed them their listing on Orbitz they did not believe it... 25 Nov 2019Addis Ababa is an interesting city but I had such a bad experience at this hotel it marred the entire vacation. I recommend selecting a hotel based on user experience. Giving newly listed hotels a chance is too risky.
