"We stayed here for our trip to Disneyland.. our room was very clean decorated very nicely. Our room felt very upscale. The pool was small, but very nice and towels were provided. The drive to Disneyland was very easy from the hotel and took less than 10 minutes. There was plenty of parking and the staff was wonderful. We actually arrived a bit early and they were able to check us in at that time. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying there again. "

"We had an amazing stay at the Kixby. It’s centrally located to so many things, including a subway entrance. The free water and coffee was really nice to have to start the day or refill on in the afternoon. My husband and I were celebrating our 5 year anniversary and they upgraded us to a king room, which was really nice. "I have stayed at many hotels in the area due to my family and I being passholders. This is by far my favorite one. It’s always clean and the staff is great. We love the pool area. The bar and little convenient store inside are great. "

"The staff, especially the front desk is amazing. The property location is awesome. Feels safe, close to major tourist spots and subways. The rooms are on the smaller side but then this is New York City. There are reusable water bottles available on every floor and dining options all around. The parking garage is a 5 min walk and the rates are subsidized for hotel guests. Overall a great place to stay. "
