"Was greeted warmly by front desk staff. Noticed immediately how clean the lobby was and even smelled clean. Room was very spacious and clean as well. Probably the most comfortable king size hotel bed I've ever slept on!! Would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Flagstaff again. "

One of the members on a golf cart sent us in the wrong direction so we walked halfway across the property carrying all of our bags with a toddler just to find out we were right next to our room to start with. Other than that, the room was pretty clean. The shower needed some grout scrubbing but that’s it. We will absolutely be back!! "

"Service was above and beyond at the desk. Breakfast was very good with LOTS of options. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of outside noise at 5am on 2 of the mornings (like garbage truck noise loud). Only complaint is the room is dark, not very good lighting, felt dismal and depressing. Room could use some updating. "
