"I would give it 100 stars if i could! This hands-down has been the best hotel i've stayed in so far. The experience was truly world class and the rooms were pristine and spotless. You would taste the true sense of hospitality once you enter their property all the way from their front desk staff till the staff who do room service. They were accommodative with all my requests, helped me tour the property and additionally helped me with late-checkout, complimentary cake for our anniversary etc. Look no further if you plan to stay in Chennai. Will definitely return!"

Stayed in the chola residence apartments had full kitchen and other amenities. 24/7 Cafe and dining options covered cuisine across the world for your taste palate . "The check in was extremely nice where the manager was also there. I had a nice small chat with her. She and her staff gave me a warm check in. I went to the room and it was tidy and beautiful. I immediately got about to work and then went down to eat. The food buffet was great. I really liked their biriyani, prawns and Chinese fares. Went up. Slept like a baby. In the morning I had an emergency which the front desk officer, Merly and her assistant helped me instantly. I love coming to Chennai but I will always come back to Welcomhotel for their hospitality from next time."

"I'm very satisfied staying in this hotel, We received excellent customer service from front security staff, front desk, housekeeping and dining staff. Especially the kitchen crew I forgt his name but he's really nice he made us delicious cold coffee he works in the breakfast buffet. Staff in India are very nice its our first time visiting here.❤️❤️❤️"
