"Lovely stay, got there early but room not ready, but had full use of pool and spa which was fantastic. Still got room keys an hour early thanks to lovely staff. Room was immaculate and food in restaurant excellent if expensive. Only quibble no air con so room was very hot"

Great value and location.
"Located about 20 minutes walk from the event I was attending at The Flapper pub. Also, only 20 minutes walk from New Street station coupled with the cost made this an ideal place to stay. If you are attending the O2 Academy then this would be a fantastic location."
