The room is very spacious and clean. The person at the front desk Was very nice and friendly. The only thing I was disappointed about was it advertised a free shuttle from the airport but when I got to the airport and called the hotel I was told there wasn’t a shuttle. Please be aware of that.

Property and staff are fantastic the grill restaurant is off the hook my hat's off to the chef but as far as Expedia they're horrible never use it again they charged me for a hotel insurance I did not need sick claiming that the hotel took it and they did not take it just they took it

Overall stay was about 3 stars, the room is not what i had select and paid for Deluxe but received just basic. I booked this room as a convinced of location near venue for daughter's Quinceañera.

The place is wonderful, the rooms are large and excellent. The only detail is the breakfast that is included, there are only one or two egg or cereal options, it leaves a lot to be desired. But everything else is very good. If you come to this place for the included breakfast, I recommend you select another place. There was also a woman's hair in the shower and the iron for the clothes didn't work, but it's not something that bothers us, we think it's normal.

Have stayed here multiple times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. Hotel was full this time and guests were EXTREMELY loud. Needed an extra blanket but since they were full it took until the next day since each room was full to capacity.

Nice and clean hotel, they have water and ice very convenient. Breakfast were same with eggs everyday, wished they have different breakfast instead of eggs everyday. Overall great hotel.

The hotel was nice. The lobby was spacious. The room actually had a weird smell. The sheets had an odd smell as well. I ended up sleeping on top of them with a blanket that I had brought with me. The bathtub was pretty scuffed and old looking and the tile had much discoloration and some spiderwebs. Unlike other hotels with suites, there was not a separate tv for the sitting area and the Bedroom so we were sharing the same tv. It also took over an hour to get some sheets for the pullout couch. There was some miscommunication with the front desk staff. The breakfast was mediocre compared to other hotels but we they did offer was very good. I would not stay here again though.

I had recently booked a 5 night stay at Azure. I booked a King Bed Suite. I loved the space of the room and the large tub and how clean the rooms were kept. I love the breakfast however I was extremely bummed out that breakfast hours ended at 9a instead of 10a. The front desk staff was un- knowledgeable about in house bookings and given me wrong instructions which interfered with my ability to book another 5 nights as an extended stay matching Wyndham members only rates. I was told that I had to wait till my check out day to extend instead of booking my extension a head of time to secure my extended stay with better rates at the same room. The front desk staff also was unaware of an event that was in the area during that weekend of my day to extend. Not only was I mis-guided with specific instructions, the same staff member took no accountability and she and another male staff member handled me very rudely and insensitive to the outcome it caused me as a result. It was about 10:45a when all was said and done the day came for check out and was even denied the standard late check out for 12p. They said they couldn't give me no later then 11:30p sharp or the card on file will be charged the full rate fees or the option of paying 1day for a different room which was a higher rate. I took that option for the sake of finding an availability to accommodate my stay else where. Not to mention the inconvenience of changing rooms for one night and I was still denied a late check out😩.

Additionally, our standard check-out time is at 11:00 AM; however, we offer a complimentary late check-out which is subject to availability. We do our best to accommodate to everyone's needs and requests and, unfortunately, we missed the mark on your reservation.It looks like there was a miscommunication on our end, so I will be sure to use your comments as a training tool with all of our management staff and can assure that better solutions are offered in the future.
