Great for short stay near airport
10 mins away from airport, around the hotel is nothing. Room is ok, annoying is rule which ban bribing your own food and drinks and threats of 20 euros penalty.

Outside of the hotel looks nice. Lobby looks nice. Carpets in the hallway and rooms are old. Beds are very uncomfortable and you can feel springs when you lay down.

The Staff was great friendly and helpful, the room the Bed was terrible the matress the TV didn't work any Chanel, i have pictures of the Chanels on TV,no fridge in the room no Bar in the Room as advertised online, the Safe for pasports or other documents or valuable items wasn't working.. The breakfast was 10/10 great love it.

Unfortunately this hotel was not an ideal stay. No coffee options provided in the room. Spa (jacuzzi) unavailable to use once it closes (wish I knew this). The bed was very uncomfortable, towels horrible, bedding not good. Make this an in and out stay like I did.. I wouldn’t stay longer. Waiter very kind though.

Nice hotel, well maintained and clean. One mistake happened though, I booked a room including breakfast but then the hotel charged me additional for breakfast. It was some mistake by hotels.com or the hotel, I don't know.

Three day romantic getaway.
We stayed here for three nights and the room was very clean and quiet. I read some reviews that the AC was un responsive in the rooms, but we had no such problems. The staff were great and the breakfast was delicious. There was ample parking infront of the hotel, over covered underground parking. The only negative about our stay was the wifi. It's free and great in places where you are near the routers. But unfortunately we were at the end of a hallway and there are only two routers on each floor from what I saw situated closure to the middle near the elevators. The location was amazing, 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown by car. Lots of stores close by and overall a pleasant experience. If you plan to use the spa services, contact them directly ahead of time or you will be disappointed like us.

Extremely disappointed
I had a very short layover in Zagreb with an early 6:50am flight out so I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. We arrived at 9:20pm and just wanted to shower, eat, and get some rest. Once checked in the room was a nice size but it was very warm. The thermostat in the room showed 27.4C which is over 80 degrees F mind you we are in the middle of August in Croatia. I thought maybe because the electrical was off most of the day since the room requires the keycard in order for the lights to turn on and the AC to work it was warmer than usual. But figured the room would eventually get cool. Around 11 the room had not cooled at all and the thermostat was still reading 27.4C. It became unbearable and we were not able to sleep in that hot room so we called the front desk. When we spoke to someone the gentleman said that they control the temp from the front desk so regardless of us changing the thermostat the room would not get cooler unless they updated this?!?!? Is this real? He then told us that he updated the temp and that the room should get cooler. We waited 30 min and still 27.4C!!! It is now midnight still no sleep and boiling in a room. We called again and he offered to switch us to a room so we had to gather all our stuff in PJs and go to another room. Guess what? It wasn't cleaned!!! So now we are waiting in the hallway for another room! We finally got a cooler one it was 25C! Just a really bad experience and no sleep before our long flight.

We needed to make a visit to the American embassy in Zagreb and wanted a hotel that was close by. It was empty due to Covid but we still had a nice breakfast and good service. Good price for the room. Easy in and out.

When I went to the wellnes inside the hotel the receptionist told that the usage is free for the hotel guest but when I finished she told me I have to pay because this is a private wellness! I was so dissapointed!!

Dear Peter, we are sorry to hear you had misunderstanding with our staff but 1 hour usage of wellness spa zone is included only for guests who make direct booking of deluxe room by hotel website or e-mail. Otherwise, the fee for 1 hour usage of spa zone per person is 100,00 Kn. Regards

Not bad for a quick stay
Our flight is cancelled and we need a hotel to stay. Airline recommend this hotel. The quality is good enough for the price. The service is nice, the room is clean and spacious but looks old. The hotel is in a small town, need to walk about 15mins to a big shopping mall SuperNova with a big supermarket and some restaurants. Overall, at this price, that is what you need for.

Friendly staff & very professional. I would stay here again. The rooms are clean and modern. The WiFi was a little slow sometimes but overall it was functional and worked the whole time.

Very good for a one night stand!
This hotel is really business orientated, but its proximity to the autostrada and the airport, its multiple restaurants and bars, its extensive parking facilities and its excellent breakfast buffet make it an ideal one night stopover for travellers.
