The staff were helpful, friendly, hospitable and professional. The hotel and our room was lovely and clean. The beds were super comfy. The mountain views were breathtaking. The convenient, complimentary canal cruise into the V&A Waterfront was a lovely surprise and appreciated. The food was delicious. Would highly recommend staying here. "Hotel is located in the center with 6-7 mins drive by taxi to the Waterfront. Quite a concern was a "camping site" on the opposite side of the road. Taxi can park on both sides of he entrance corner. Restaurant is ok, not ideal but ok. And actually hotel is quite crowded. "
