"Did not enjoy watching all the druggies do their thing outside my window (which was facing back of hospital) The area if you walk around is sketchy with all the druggies but with all the people out and about you feel somewhat safe …. Stay to the left instead of the right of hotel Very friendly staff is the best thing about the hotel! Loved having a suite, IGA 4 min walk for groceries "

"Spacious suite with comfortable bedding, cleverly hidden cabinet-kitchenette and nice balcony. Great amenities and pleasant staff. Very walkable and convenient location with terrific shopping, markets, culture, entertainment and restaurants nearby. The only hiccup we had was finding the entrance. Google maps directed us to the side of the building and with all the traffic & one-way streets plus temporarily losing our Internet while driving it took awhile to figure out where to enter."

"The service was amazing. They offered morning coffee and tea service that soothed our souls after five days of loud and louder on our cruise. We were able to check in early and check out late. They also held our luggage when we did tourist stuff. "
