The property is old which is fine but it’s old and musty, soiled blankets, carpets, smells, etc. The staff are great but money needs to be invested to bring it up to par with the surrounding area. I wouldn’t stay here. Spend extra money and stay somewhere else nearby.

Room were on centralAC/Heat sytem. Could not regulate temp in room. Bed mattress very old & lumpy. Electric outlets did not all work. Furniure was damaged.....missing drawers or shelves. Staff not helpful - canned response - sorry nothing they could or would do. Area very run down & poor conition. Surprised Wyndham name associated with location. Pictures are outdated by 10 years.

They do not clean every day and if they missed a day they don’t even make up for you. The property is very old, the service is not very friendly, the food tastes very low end food. It’s not worth the cost.

This was an odd one. Price was right, decent area of Arlington off of a major road, but the motel concept does not seem compatible with the area. The motel was clean, but desperately in need of a major upgrade everywhere. Some of the outdoor stairs are very rusted and the plumbing is very old.

The hotel was some how good especially for a mini-budget, it provides standard breakfast, there is a central location of coffee and microwave at the lobby available 24/7, all are located into very clean area, there is a flexible chairs and long coffee table, there is sofa and tables at the reception. The hotels rooms were dirty, the corridors was very dirty, the cleaners were making noises using the troll, moving things undisciplined. warm water was only from the bathroom, there was limited transportation, the metro is very far you need to walk about 20-30minutes to reach metro station, if you have luggage's with you it is a problem. There is a mini supermarket around with some foods packaged already, but also some few restaurant around. at least the Hotel staff can arrange taxi transport to other areas at you own cost; there were no assurance of the security on the backside view rooms (parking lot) no control at all for a person either entering by foot or by car, you can access anytime the rooms from outside without even simple registration form of the vehicle. I slept, but I did not felt secured. I will not inspired at all, if I will recommend someone, maybe the upstairs from side view and not the compound rooms.

Frankly I never write reviews but this building should be demolished. It is absolutely falling apart and there was a open wire in the bathroom ceiling, water damage on the walls, even signs on the inside door saying to not leave valuables and use all the locks on the doors. There was little food offered for breakfast… I can go on about this property.

OMG, downgrade all 2 star rated Expedia motels to 0. Room is very, very small, dated. Window in shower has corrosion. Mattress was long overdue for replacement. Electrical outlet in bathroom didn’t work. Exterior was poor, rundown.

So I booked this property through Expedia and because they “did not have it in the system”, they charged me twice! For the smallest room without hot water or TV. And I was only staying here for a couple of hours.

Rooms were very dingy and not up to par. Stains on sheets, wall have signs of water damage and other damage. So bad I did not stay and went to another hotel. Worse room I have ever stayed in.

The building is pretty old. Lots of street noise, and some rooms were overly hot (there was second baseboard heater hidden and turned up high) Free breakfast but very basic.

Property is very old and outdated. Room was not properly cleaned. Sheets and cover were extremely old and show massive wear. Advise is to update facility to make it more presentable and comforting.

There were roaches in my bathroom, a bleached bedbug on my towel and I had to wear socks in the shower for fear of what I might catch standing in there bare foot

safe, plenty of (free) on-site parking. Clean and decently comfortable rooms and beds. It is an older building and not the most lux place but very well kept and staff was very helpful and professional. Everything went smoothly.

Not good experience, even the bath tub and shower are flowing together, Room heater is old one so sometime more heat is coming, regulator is not not working. No way out to make tea / coffee in room, I believe this is minimum crusty in every hotel.
