This was my second stay at this hotel and it did not disappoint. Great service and location.
In the historical district, Hotel Savoia & Jolanda is in Venice's Castello neighbourhood, a walkable area with good airport proximity. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Grand Canal and Giardini della Biennale, while La Fenice Opera House and Peggy Guggenheim Museum are cultural highlights. Our guests appreciate the hotel's location for the sightseeing.

We have now stayed here several times and have never been disappointed. The rooms are beautiful and the service is excellent. Breakfast is great and there is a wide variety of dishes. We have eaten in the restaurant several times and have always had very good food and excellent service. Very very satisfied!!
Great hotel located in a perfect spot in Venice. Water taxi directly in front. The hotel is next to St Mark's Square. Our room was BEAUTIFUL! Breakfast was lovely every morning. We took the hotel's boat over to Murano's glass factory.
Horrific hotel - don’t book. They are very deceiving with pictures of their hotel rooms. The rooms are extremely old and depressing. I refused to accept the room that would have ruined out stay in Venice. We had to find another hotel and be out of $. We were so tried after 20 hours traveling that paying for another hotel room with decent accommodations was worth getting a good nights rest. I knew I was forfeiting my $ at this hotel but was just not worth staying in such a depressing hotel - at least the 2 rooms they showed us. They blamed Expedia for the type of rooms offered to clients from Expedia. So Expedia clients get the worse rooms. The manager indicated they were completely booked, yet refused Expedia a reimbursement for my expense. Having traveled to Venice many times I can tell you there are much better properties steps away from this property.
Flooded dining room, noisy, unable to control heat in room.
