When you enter the property it looks lavish but the disappointment is have to make three complaints in three nights we stayed out of three nights. 1st night went for dinner and the staff were not aware of pint size they serve, asked them specifically and ordered accordingly but came in half the size of what I have been told. Then the billed arrived paid the sum and the server came back short of money stating Sir there is X amount short is it okay? I was not expecting this from 5* hotel Zuri claimed to be.
2nd night our room number was 101 next to the kitchen, the staff were making noise outside the room at 11pm told the staff directly the noise didn’t stopped. Called reception requesting the same after 15 minutes the noises didn’t stopped. Even told them yiu h e awaken my 3 year old daughter but no difference, finally I have to go to reception to ask them can they stop as this is unacceptable. 3rd got the WhatsApp message from the bury manager Chandni at 2.22pm stating that do we need to change the room where they are aware we are leaving next morning? When notified to her asking why I am not allowed to get the taxi from outside she said it is all of South Goa where you have to order taxi from the hotel, so asked why this has not mentioned on your website as they charge 70% more then the price is. She sir this is what they charge. In my opinion ZURI is worth 3* hotel this is also bcos of few good staff. Will I visit again to Zuri, NO.
