Overall a very good experience. Staff are wonderful, friendly and they seem to carry out everything they do with enthusiasm and care. My only doubt is that breakfast is a little frenzied but I guess, that is the nature of buffet breakfasts.

The staff was incredible, but unfortunately the property did not match. The hotel needs either to be torn down and rebuilt to a smaller more eco friendly hotel. If not, it needs to be desperately updated. The breakfast was not that great and even looked like some of the food was reheated from yesterday. The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable and I did it sleep well.

Beautiful
Absolutely beautiful hotel/resort. The staff was amazing and the amenities are exceptional. Make sure to book a massage at the Spa and have some cava at the pool. Highly recommend!!!

Lacking in atmosphere - the bars & the pool area could have benefited from some music or a DJ to enliven the mood. It’s far too quiet and would not return as a result.

Everything about the hotel is fantastic. Very nice bedroom with comfortable bed and great bathroom facilities. Breakfast has a great array of options. The pool and spa facilities are amazing, with a very convenient bar by the pool with friendly staff. We had dinner at the sushi bar on our last night and it was some of the best sushi we have ever had. Also the beef taco was exquisite. All round a 10/10 experience that I would recommend to anyone.

Staff were very overkill around the pool - no jumping in, no drinks near the pool etc. it’s quite a dated property, looks old in parts. Food is very average as well. Not a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Probably a good 4 star.

Second trip to this hotel. It’s still amazing, could not fault a single thing. Did less sight seeing than last time, lounging by the pool here is too nice to leave.

Perfect base for celebratory event.
My wife’s significant birthday celebration was hosted perfectly by Las Arenas. The standard of all the hotel’s services for the 4 night stay was first class with the lunch for our extended family of 13 (7 adults + 6 children)being the highlight.

Beautiful hotel by the beach with great facilities, amazing views, lovely large swimming pool and great food / drink options including the pool bar! Only 10-15mins to get into the centre of Valencia too by taxi so very convenient in terms of location.

Ubicación increíble y cerca de la Malvarrosa
El hotel es limpio, impecable, el personal muy amable principalmente el del spa y la gente de recepción quienes te hacen sentir bienvenido, la ubicación ideal para la playa, con acceso a tranvía, conexiones a aeropuerto y los buses. Ame Valencia y espero volver pronto.

They dropped and damaged my necklace and wouldn't take accountability for it. Went to breakfast, came back room was cleaned and my diamond necklace was found on floor all tangled and unwearable.
