Clean, well decorated property. Very disappointed that no elevator for 3 story bldg. Plenty of surrounding area to add an elevator. Very difficult for elderly and those with disabilities or joint problems to go up and down 3 flight of stairs 2-3 times per day.

A happy stay

Rubbish deputy manager.
Avoid the deputy manager he’s rubbish, paid for pool view rooms got nothing, when we questioned it he told us none available, walking around the pool saw lots of empty suitable rooms , told the deputy manger he then offered one out three rooms with a pool view . Avoid him and you’ll have a good stay .

Just like any other ITC hotel, this hotel offers amazing hospitality. The staff and service are warm and helpful. The food service is amazing. The rooms arent posh like other 5 star properties, but the staff makes up for it all.

Don't get caught by ITC brand name
Horrible service, torn bedsheet, worst view from a room, broken bath fittings & fixtures, the hotel is in dire need for a cosmetic upgrade & staff needs proper training, this was my first & last stay at this property.
