The worst experience i have ever had in a hotel. The towel was torn (attached picture for reference).. no wifi, no showere gels in the room... even there were no tea bags. Very disappointed

Rooms & service is good!View from front rooms is disgusting as there is a major drain in front of Hotel.... At least they should camouflage the windows partially so that drain is not visible from the room....We were on the 4th floor in room no 407 & 408 on our visit on 17th to 19th oct.....or least they should have allotted better located rooms.....

Baths looked aged. Wood rotting , Shower head fittings into ceiling, no shelter for water not to go into floor, makes it slippery and can have a fall. Good breakfast spread. Nice location , away from the narrow street traffic , but can be there within 10 minutes transport. Close to Lake and ghats . Staff very helpful and friendly . 👏

Pathetic Customer Service at Radisson Udaipur
Overall cleanliness of the room was lacking with dirty sheets and dust bins. Room service was super slow. To top it all, the hotel management charged us Rs.10000 extra as "damage fees" for a broken TV screen. We just stayed in the room to spend the night and had no time to even look at or switch on the TV but we were charged "damage fees" for absolutely no fault of ours. Customer service is an absolute ZERO and we will never go to this hotel again.

Pleasant Relaxing nd Contenting stay.
We had a refreshing view from the room, the pool area on the terrace as well as from the breakfast area. We were delighted to have been given a very early check-in which is sincerely appreciable. Each and every staff in the hotel were extremely courteous and helpful. The food was scrumptious, mouth watering and delicious. The breakfast was provided with a wide range of options. Moreover the hotel provided a very comfortable and punctual pick up/drop off facility. The room was a pretty high quality one.

Had a very good stay for 3 nights. Hotel conditions are very good and service is exceptional overall. Breakfast choice and quality is good but my only criticism is the slow serice as it over 10 minutes to get my tea which i thought was due to insufficient staffing levels.

Great Price and a memorable stay.
Quite central, big rooms, excellent bathroom, excellent Breakfast, very friendly staff right from check-in to floors to Breakfast restaurant. I have been Going to Udaipur for 30 years this was one of my memorable stays and to top it up GREAT ROOM RATE. Thanks to the entire team at the Radisson Udaipur.

Very well located with rooms which are very comfortable and quite big in size. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately the Wifi was not working.

Stay at Radisson Hotel, Udaipur
It was overall a very good stay experience. The biggest advantage of the hotel is the location. Also it is attached to the famous Lake City Mall, where you can do some leisure shopping. The INOX Cinema hall is also part of the mall. The food and Breakfast spread was great with ample choice of both Vegeterian and Non- Vegetarian items.The staff were very polite and attentive to our needs. The only downside of the hotel is the overall cleanliness, the carpets and furnitures are old with stain marks and need refurbishing.

Cooperative staff, good location,in the mall. Hot water supply was not functioning. For comb, shoe shine, one has to ask. Breakfast was not so good.

To be true was disappointed by the hotel especially being a Radisson brand, they should have offered a lot more. But guess its what you get for what you pay. So not so much to complain.

The rooms are NOT clean. I changed rooms due to a loud noise outside the room. Second room was the same condition. All of the furniture is stained and dirty - you don't want to sit on it. Carpets are dirty. Glass in bathrooms and the windows have not been cleaned in ages. Sheets and towels are worn out. Decorative pillows are put on the bed, which also have stains on them. Very disappointing.

Excellent service and an amazing staff.
My stay at Radisson was great. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. They never fail to smile and greet you. I didn’t come across one single employee who was not pleasant or kind. Wish all the hotels in this world has a staff like Radisson (Lake City Mall). Thank you to each one of them for making our stay a relaxed one!!

Very clean, room very spacious. Internet connection was strong when present (strong enough to stream); went out a couple times a day, unfortunately. Need a doortag in Hindi (for housekeeping to read) that says "no housekeeping" or "privacy" or something like that. Breakfast is tasty. Would stay here again.
