Lovely boutique spa resort. Excellent customer service, the staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s a short walk from middle of Ubud, but if walking is not your thing they also provide a regular shuttle service. Great spa with all the usual treatments, 2 restaurants with good food and drinks options. We especially enjoyed our Balinese cooking class, it was a lot of fun!

The staff are so friendly. Every member of staff welcomes you every time they meet you. The setting is great. There are lots of restaurants/ bars nearby and you can walk in to ubud from the hotel, however the traffic is manic so either use the hotel shuttle (which runs 4 times a day) or get a taxi if you don’t feel comfortable. If we are back in ubud again, I would not have any hesitation returning here 🙏👍😁.

Perfect escape from busy Ubud
We lived our stay at the Hava. It isa beautiful hotel just outside of Ubud main center. The location was perfect for us. With great food, good staff, lovely facilities and great location, you really cant ask for more! We will definitely be back!

ホテル周辺は交通量が多く、道が細く、坂道が多いため少し危ない（特に子連れや高齢者が歩く場合）かもしれません。 ホテル近くには様々な種類のカフェやレストランがあり、少し歩くとランドリーもありました。 ホテルを出てすぐの両替所も安心して利用できました。 ホテルはとてもホスピタリティに溢れ、毎朝バラエティに富んだ朝食がいただけます。 また、お部屋もとても綺麗です。 何より部屋の照明が明るいのがとても嬉しかったです。 テレビではyoutubeがみられました。また、自分のアカウントでログインする必要がありますがNetflixも見られます。 そして、これは絶対にお勧めしますがお部屋に置いてもらえるクッキーは絶対に食べてください！ すっごく美味しいです。 あれはどこで買えるのでしょうか？ホテルのオリジナルなのでしょうか？ 少しだけ壁が薄く、夜になると周りの部屋の音が気になることもありましたがそこはお互い様だと思えば許容できる範囲かと思います。 おすすめですのでぜひ一度宿泊してみてはいかがでしょうか？

ホテル自体はとても清潔でとてもいい。ウブドは乾季でも雨が降りやすく、プールは残念ながら入らなかった。ダイニング以外にカフェも併設されておりとてもよかった。 ただ、ホテルから一歩出ればバイクが多く行き交う場所にあり、夜に女2人で歩くにはとても怖い場所にあった。外に出るにはGrabを使だだ方がいいと思う。
