"Terrible experience. We had 2 rooms booked nonrefundable via Expedia. We checked in later in the evening around 10pm. Once we took our daughter to her room around 11.30pm we realised there were bed bugs on one of the beds. We alerted the front office. We asked them to give us a different room. We waited till 1am and they still could not give us any other room. They even did not bother to come and check. My husband got furious and asked them to cancel one of the rooms and left the property. I advised Expedia and the hotel around 1am. They both confirmed that they will sort it out. I still could not get my money back for the room that we did not stay. Some hotel representatives said that its a garden area and bugs are normal! Thats not what i expect from 5 star hotel. I am also not happy how Expedia dealt with it. I wont book again via Expedia. "
