This property is not 5 star in my experience. But it is a solid 4 star. The hotel is nice, the staff is fine, the location is very good, but this is not a Langham, Ritz, Mandarin or Peninsula.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely. Really enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant helpful staff, great location BUT shower door fell off, Poor lighting in room No tea spoons - couldnt pick teabag out!
