Very bad and unsafe property, very noisy due to renovation, WIFI unstable and need to login every single minute, the room was un proper room and was made by steal and sealing and not concrete. FO satff un professional and many others

I was staying in jail my room no sun come to My room no carpet in my room smoking everywhere in the hotel , I paid for 2 nights I stay one night I can’t make it I left next morning

I really like the kind and nice staff working in the facilities. But I really disappointed with the dust in the lobby and the disturbing vacuum cleaner used. It is really very bad and the dust is harmful because they don’t take care of the guests sitting in the lobby. They should find a better way of cleaning.

The staff very helpful and kindness. The location is in the city centre of Tanta but not so crowded. Taxi very easy to get.

Schlechtes Essen im Restaurant. Samstag gab es nur begrenztes Frühstück. Aufzüge in desolatem Zustand. Sehr viele Zimmer sind gerade Baustelle. Personal freundlich.
