"The hotel is secluded which is great but also requires for transportation to anything outside the hotel. If you want to eat in a local restaurant rather than the hotel it's a 30 min Car Ride away. As long as that is acceptable to you no issue but if you like to go outside the hotel from time to time this can be an issue. There is nothing around the hotel area that can be deemed as acceptable, at least not what we have been able to check out. "

"The Beach Samui has the most amazing staff taking care of your every requirement. The food is fantastic, The massages are so relaxing and the hotel beach & grounds beautifully manicured. Our room was spacious and super clean. This is not a resort style hotel with many in house activities, however as we were searching for peace and quiet, this hotel has this in buckets. for us it was so peaceful and the staff so friendly and attentive, we had a fantastic 10 days at this hotel and are planning our return."

"The architecture of SALA Chaweng Beach is stunning. The rooms are gorgeous and the circular pool on the beach side is situated as a perfect compliment to the beach. There is a second pool on the garden side that was great for afternoon sun or for a more mellow layout. The nightly tea with the turndown service was also such a lovely touch. "

"Little to fault here, very luxurious, spectacular service lovely.rooms. Restaurant offerings limited and the ipad menus very frustrating. Some very loud boorish groups , but thats a cultural thing and little hotel can do about it. I do wonder why they think its ok to shout and holler across such a traquil resort. Maybe some generic notices in the room written in certain languages may help"

"Fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn ! Family rooms were great . Spotlessly clean everywhere ! Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast options superb . Beautiful location right on the beach and lots of choices for eateries. My only one negative , not enough room around the pool so limited amount of sunbeds! "
