Thank you very much for the comment. The hotel is highly concerned about your feedback. According to your description, we sourced back on the day of your departure. The video from the aisle showed that in the early morning, when three guests were leaving the room, one went back to the room again and rushed out for the elevator. It looked like the door of the room remained opened at the time. Since then, no one entered the room until three guests went back around 12:50 pm. The last time three guests left the room was around 1:10-15pm; no late charge fee applied. Reedon Bouqitue Hotel pays highly attentions on security and privacy for all our customers; would never allow any entrance of the room without permission. Also, we try our best to fulfill the needs of all customers. There are sometimes early check-in which requires on time check-out for cleaning time. It however caused any inconvenience or uncomfortable situations; we sincerely apology for it. We value all the comments and feelings of our customers and appreciate your visiting with us. Hopefully, we will have a chance to provide a better service next time. =)
