We found it closer to a 3 star, room was not furnished with any amenities, they were available at the desk. Food was average in quality and choices. Elevators were slow to respond and often filled with housekeeping carts. The "Green" concept feels more like them saving money.

The room is sizable and tidy, love the bathroom with both bathtub and shower to choose from. On the down side, the service is average and the location is rather less convenient, not close to MRT station although there are buses just across the road. Overall average but I wouldn’t visit again considering the price level and what I was offered.

Property is ok - clean, large nice room. Good water pressure for shower and rooms well maintained. Our triple room did not have a full length mirror even though there is room for one. The self-serve to pick up ammenities is unnecessary and items are very limited and not consistent with a 4 star property…otherwise ok. Location is close to metro and convenience stores for easy transfer and access to popular sites around Taipei city.

Property is dated, need renovation. Room and bathroom are roomy and good size. It would look more modern if the hotel choose a lighter colour tone.

The hotel is located in the heart of Taipei city, surrounded by restaurants and banks. Our home was very clean, and the mattress was the best as it was very firm and comfortable! It is rare to find a room with four single beds and each family member can sleep in his/her own bed without feeling squeezed. The bathroom is spacious and the floor and carpet is very clean. Most importantly, the staff members were friendly, helpful and courteous. Oscar was patient to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this hotel.

Love the location it is so close to the metro station only takes a 5 mins walk. It is also close to a lot of great Japanese restaurants and decent massage places. Within a 20 mins walk will also see DonDon Donki, computer mall and shopping mall. I ordered the big room located on the highest floor facing the main street so the view is not bad, they also have room facing the side street where you will be able to have a view of the Taipei 101 tower. Room itself is simple and comfortable, nothing luxury, I do not appreciate that there is only one chair in the room but no sofa kind of seating. Bathroom is huge with separated rub and rainfall shower, big counter space big mirror. Hair dryer is kind of weak it might not be convenience for people who has long hair. The TV is reasonable size but free movie selection are not great. There is no lamp on the desk area there only spot lights above your head. My other complain of the room is it is not noise proof room, I can clearly hear the people from next door taking a shower and move things on their bathroom counter while I try to catch up for my sleep. Paid extra for their buffet breakfast because I stayed here few years back and the breakfast was great. However, the breakfast is no longer great, selection is also much smaller, lucky thing is they do switch a few items everyday. Flavours arent there, they are just foods to fill you up. Staff at the front desk are good and helpful, but they do look like they are under staff.

The location is ok, more convenient with bus lines rather than MRT. While the lobby and room picture looked ok online, the actual condition of the elevator, floor hallway, dining area, and laundry area are quite old and not pleasant. Staff are friendly, although they wouldn’t let me cancel the breakfast during check in. It’s also very old fashion to be using individual packet shampoo/shower gel. The towels have also seen their better days. With the price, I think I could’ve stayed somewhere nicer tbh.

My wife and I stayed at the Green World Grand Nanjin for eight nights. We enjoyed staying there because of the following: the cleanness of the facility, the security of the surrounding, convenience of the public transportation, the inexpensive gourmet breakfast, and the friendliness of the staff members. Our room was thoroughly cleaned daily, which we appreciated most. Undoubtedly we will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to our relatives and friends.
