Right above the train station and a metro station about a block behind, so transport is very convenient. Car parking is included in room rates, but the car park is opposite connected by an overhead bridge. Carrefour is not too far away. Only drawback is I didn't receive my VIP benefit likely because they used self-check in.

Location wise is pretty good and easily accessible by metro. Close to Ximending and Taipei Main Station, few stops away. Booked 2 rooms but was given at different floors (made a mistake during booking to request for twin beds), perhaps that could be the reason? Room was surprisingly small with separate shower, toilet and washing area. The lift lobbies at each floor is a little too dark for my liking.

Overall this property is much better than the reviews describe it. Spacious suite style rooms with large modern bathrooms and soaker tub including a spectacular city view. In room fridge, hot water maker in the room and hallways, and comfortable beds. Nice amenities including a coffee bar, drink bar, and decent gym. Convenient to public transportation including trains and busses. Only complaints would be slow elevators during rush hour and the windows need regular washing. This property would be worth booking and I would stay again.

The facility is very old, it’s not a five starts hotel at all. disgusting stains are all of place (bathroom and living area), the room has very bad smell. We called the front desk and they sent us an air purifier which is extremely loud. The elevators are hard to get in every time.Long story short, the stuff are very professional and nice. The manager changed the room for us. Do not trust the hotel starts in Taiwan. Even it shows 5-starts hotel on Expedia, it truly like 3-starts hotel, some of the room like motel. I won’t stay at the hotel anymore.

Location is excellent. The hotel is right next to the Wanhua train station & the bus stop to/from Jiufen is at the doorstep. Clean & modern rooms. Close to Long San Temple and its night market. As reviewed by others, there can be a little wait for the lifts.

conveniently located. busy hotel. clean hotel
location is good. Wanhua station is not part of Metro system. Longshan Temple station is a Metro station, 7-10mins walk to this hotel. if you are transiting at Taipei Main Station, make sure you get correct tickets n board correct platform. Suggest taking a taxi directly from Airport is much easier n it is not expensive. should be around sgd 45-55.
