Facilities were substandard we had to change rooms because tv wasn’t working. However they did try to make an effort with room service afterwards.

Very underwhelming stay, would recommend booking the cheapest possible airport hotel as this was $350 and felt like $89 a night. Not even a bottle of water in the room, dirty carpets, and nothing around or open so just as bad a location as the budget options nearby. Definitely not worth the money, I stay at Accor properties all the time and was disappointed by this location.

My room was very disappointing. It was very old looking with scuffs all over the walls. Which I wish I had taken pictures of but didn’t. I had family stay at this hotel before COVID there room was beautiful this why I had picked this one. The bed was 2 beds but together and was not comfortable at all.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect spot / not 4handicap
They charge for everything - The shuttle is not free its 10 dollars per person - you can just walk 10 minutes to station and take the free airport shuttle ... super embarrassing!!! For an old person that 90 years old

Recently new yet really good for accomm near the domestic airport. Rooms are not as big as expected yet very practical for the use. The bathroom is very good and the shower is excellent. The staff very helpful with information. A good place to stay if flying out the next day or a short walk to the trains to head into the city. Good location.

Good enough
It's an airport hotel so don't expect much beyond the basics. Location is walkable from domestic terminals and is signposted, but it is a good 15 minutes, none of it undercover and there is a lot of construction work going on. I arrived late at night but check-in was very busy with flight crew and others. Staff were efficient. Room. was clean and not too noisy from the busy road nearby. Breakfast was expensive (as I found out later, staff did not inform me of the cost at the time) but not bad, although they have a cheek putting out potato gems of the sort you buy at the supermarket and labelling them "hash browns."

Staff were so nice, friendly and very helpful. Nice, clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. Only staying overnight so can’t really comment on the area too much other than to say outside busy traffic is constant. Took a short walk whilst I was there though and came across lots of other hotels and shops nearby, Best to check which direction to go in however, as there are many to choose from.

Mantra was exactly what we needed for the night before an early flight. We would definitely stay here again. The dinner in the restaurant was great!

So convenient to walk from Sydney Airport. Nice detailing like the coat hangers. Didn't like that the safe wasn't secured, anyone could just pick it up and walk away with it. A bit covered in dust though.

Thumbs dow for the Mantra
Our biggest compliant is that they list "airport transfers" but fail to note that there is a charge for it. A hotel that lists itself as "airport" should have free shuttles; anyone can get a taxi to the airport, so all hotels could be "airport". The restaurant was closed for large segment of the day; an "airport" hotel should expect people coming at all hours needing to eat. The towels were minimum, no hand towels. There were exactly 3 hangers. We would definitely advise people to look for other accomodations.

Like : it was close to the things I needed to visit and the room was okay. I loved the scent of the bath products. Breakfast was great. Dislike : I thought the meals were slightly overpriced but they were very nice.
