The room is spacious and relatively clean. The amenities in the toilet is not refilled and need to request everyday. While the room service food is decent, I don’t get why there is a delivery charge on ordering room service. Breakfast is average. The food variety/ cuisine can be more diverse.

I did not like my stay at this hotel because as soon as I entered the hotel room, the smell had a strong odor similar to the smell of moth balls. I discussed this with the hotel front desk staff and they tried to use a cleaning spray to diminish the smell but it still persisted and nothing else was done by the staff to help. The bed was very uncomfortable as well and the door handle to the bathroom was broken. Very unsatisfactory by the staff as no further communication was attempted on their part to fix the smell situation.

Lovely, friendly & helpful service from all staff we encountered from the front desk people to cafe / bar staff - on what was a really busy weekend in Sydney for Taylor Swift concert. Believe hotel was at full capacity. Still had great experience - & would definitely stay at hotel again!

On a three night stay with my husband and son, we enjoyed a classic king room with a roll away. The space was big enough to be comfortable. The finishing and amenities were thoughtful (right down to the lighting and controllable heating and cooling) and added a touch of luxury to our stay. The staff were pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport and in easy walking distance of Sydney Harbour. We loved every minute of our stay.

Excellent place to stay. Well-appointed rooms & facilities. Excellent staff service - the staff actually care about you. Easy valet parking for reasonable rate. Wonderful location - minutes from Circular Quay, Opera House, etc. I would recommend this great hotel to anyone looking for a classy place to stay in Sydney.

Nice views, lovely Breakfast, Staff great, Requests were attended too albeit did take some time but busy time of the year. Check on your charges after checking out as error made and charges taken from credit card which now need to be refunded.

Cannot fault this hotel. Great location, 2mins walk to Circle Quay to catch a ferry to various tourist destinations, close to both the Sydney Opera House and Botanical Gardens, and for those that love shopping, Westfields is just 10mins away. Hotel is immaculate. Breakfast buffet is probably one of the best I have experienced - personalised coffee service is excellent! I will definitely stay here again.

Really good renovation and rooms are great. Missing a quality restaurant and The Treasury doesn’t quite make up for it. The music was too loud and the service too slow. But couldn’t fault the meal itself. As for Aster on L31, too far OTT, with ridiculous prices and the worst service I have ever experienced. Watch out for the $6 glasses of water that they try on, just to see if you look at the account. “Sorry about the staff error “…

While the property is in an excellent location and the structure is well kept, the beds were very uncomfortable unless you like sleeping on very hard mattresses. The room phone has a service button if you need anything. However, the service is really bad. Whether we asked for a bellman or housekeeping…the service desk never followed up or told us something was going to take 10 minutes when it took an hour. When you arrive at the hotel the bellmen leave your bags outside without putting name tags on the bags and it was very disorganized. Visiting Sydney - I would never stay at this property. The Four Seasons and other hotels are a few blocks away.

An absolutely sensational view. We stayed 2 nights and left the curtains open the entire stay. The harbour is constantly moving - cruise ships, ferries, yachts, pleasure craft, kayakers etc. We used room service several times and were pleased with the expediency.
