Can't beat the price. The room was clean and comfortable. It's an older place and definitely not the Ritz Carlton, but I will stay there again. Staff was friendly, place was quiet. No pool though.

I stayed here for one night on my way through town, and would definitely stay again. Check in was easy, and the room was clean and as pictured. There’s a bit of road noise at night, but nothing that can’t be solved by running the fan unit or some ear plugs. Coffee, cereal, toast, and a few fruits available at the breakfast. Nothing fancy, but enough to get you going.

Front office check in staff was less than helpful. I was pulling a trailer and asked for a way to get around to our room. He kept telling me to take a route that was blocked by other vehicles and said it’s the only way to get there. This morning I see a road that was accessible. Very disappointed

Best motel in Texas!
Best motel in the state of Texas! I stay there every time I’m in Snyder and it’s better than any place around. You will not find a better room than at the purple sage!

Had to leave because doors wouldn’t lock on two rooms they put us in and bad chemical odor and my 80 year old husband has pulmonary fibrosis and it wasn’t 15 minutes and they won’t refund our money that we paid for two nights. Don’t use this place. Says only owner can do and he’s out of town. We learned a hard lesson in time of not being able to stay in our house because of a water leak.

Sorry for your un-Convenient. you book room with "OTA" (Expedia) with Non Refundable but no problem I did give you full refund but there is process to take little time. also our Electronic lock's are very secure work's just fine I check all rooms daily. also we are sanitized rooms everyday it will smells little. we are here to help. we are here to give you best service and comfortable room.

Clean room. Door didn’t lock without deadbolt in room. Hot breakfast is a stretch. Had some breakfast cereal, a few yogurt, some packaged pastries, and frozen waffles in freezer. Would I stay again? Probably not.

Rooms are very dated but some have apparently had bathroom renovation. Area in front of motel is very noisy; door had daylight coming through edge. Floor was sunk in on one spot. New TV. Clean and for the price it was ok. Rooms in back section were quieter. Cute gazebos under trees are nice for sitting outside

Always a treat
Have stayed here numerous times in past 5-6 years. Always a treat, with gracious/friendly owners and staff. I mostly traveled alone, so important for me to feel I was safe and that my car was safe. Motel was always very welcoming and had just what I needed for a good night's rest on a 2-day drive.

We were disappointed. With the rating of 8.2 I expected much better! Both the shampoo and bath gel dispensers we're empty. And the sink was clogged. Stay was friendly - but still quite disappointed with the facilities.

Don't pass this one by! Clean, comfortable, an overall great stay and you can park right outside your room door. Much better than a big chain hotel! Will definitely stay if we ever pass through here again.

They are excellent when I pay first day was wonderful and super clean and smell fresh and when I went to pay another day around 8am some how housekeeping and maintenance did enter that room and touch and removed my property which isn’t checkout by 11am when Hsk saw my property was there so not touch anything but they did it as well some how owner sent me a free card about free buffet @ pizza inn how wonderful and didn’t sent another free card for my partner which I was charged

My family had clothes to wash and from the pictures on the web site made the laundry room look clean. It was horrible! It was dirty, it smelled awful, and had broken machines. The room was ok. Could of been better. There was a gum on the ac unit that someone left. The office was a jungle because there was plants hanging everywhere. On the walls, on the ceiling and all over the breakfast areas. I knew we would not be eating breakfast in there just for thst reason. The plants made the office look dirty and unprofessional. Not welcoming at all. We won't be staying there again.

This old school design motel. The staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Looks like the owners are doing their best to keep up with an older property. They need to update their website as there is no pool. When asked where the pool was the lady said " oh I guess we should take that off we filled the pool in and made a parking lot" yes and take down your photos of the pool as well. Our security bolt in our room did not work, no light bulbs in lamps, only hot water worked in sink, and the bathroom counter came out over the toilet. Not saying i would never stay here again. It was clean and an easy place for a one night stop over.
