Usual Ibis quality near station.

Usual Ibis decor in decent condition. Would benefit from a fridge on the room. Aircon works fine. Staff friendly and helpful. About 6 or 7 minutes from the station.

Close to old town, had parking garage, staff was nice, breakfast & bar. Needs some repairs, a few upgrades.

Great location near train station and old town

This is so conveniently located to the train station and not far at all from old town making it a great spot for a quick trip to Ulm. The staff was wonderful and did everything thing in their power to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms are quite small, but the beds were comfortable.

Nice clean efficient and standard.

Typical IBIS. Friendly check in, where checking in was done close to midnight. Staff calm and nice after going through cold German weather.

Comfortable and professional

The hotel was easily accessible, clean, and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. Good location for walking access to downtown area.

Receptionist was very helpful, when the public computer terminal would not allow access to my emails she printed all the documents I needed for me to get home.

The hotel was fantastic although was a bit tricky accessing it as they are constructing the whole roadway for the entire block of the hotel

This hotel was very close to all the sights iof old Ulm including the Munster. Was all we needed for a hotel but like European hotels could use a decent pillow and air conditioning. Staff were fantastic.

Only problem found for this stay was negotiating the maze of roadworks on the crossroads outside the hotel but that is not the hotels fault.

Typical ibis hotel in terms of furniture etc. Hotel staff was very friendly. Location is close to cental station and ulmer muenster can be reached withinn 7 min. As welm.

Lovely city good location friendly helpful staff

Amazing service. Checked us in 7hrs early allowing the opertunity to see the city as best as possible on our schedule. Fantastic recommendations of places to visit. Also easy to find and in house lift accessible parking. Great for disabled. -also The bakery outside is amazing!!!

The room was very small. However, i only needed to sleep, as I was there to explore the city and the cathedral. The bed in the room was not comfortable.

Easy stay

The parking and breakfast were good. The room was small as expected and we were only given 2 towels total- no hand towels. Other than that, for the price, the hotel did it's job for an overnight stay.

No thrills - convenient location

Just a 5 minutes walk from Ulm Station, this is a convenient place to stay when all you need is a room and a free internet connection. Rooms interior is no thrills, but double bed was surprisingly comfy!

Nice hotel located within a mile of the train station. Friendly staff that speak English. Small but adequate rooms. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast or there is a pastry shop next door. Old town and cathedral about within a mile. Nice shops.

Very handy for Ulm central station

I stayed for 1 night here and if you have stayed in an Ibis before you'll know what to expect here. Same comfy beds as usual plus friendly helpful staff. Location wise it is an easy couple of mins walk from Ulm Hbf.

easy to find, excellant staff, very friendley. Unlike the french lady at the Ibis hotel in Troyes who made no attempt to help us or provide another ibis hotel in the area
